Books For Christmas Gifts PDF Print E-mail
In the Library

As you know, we love books, read all the time—devouring sometimes three a week—and therefore frequently purchase books, not only for our home library, but to build up each of our children’s personal libraries, as well. Our desire is for them to have their own marvelous collection of truth for teaching their own families. For Christmas this year we are ordering The Geneva Bible; The Christian Life and Character of the Civil Institutions of the United States; The Making of America; Our Lives, Our Fortunes, and Our Sacred Honor; Washington’s God; The Dominion Covenant: Genesis; Common Law, Dominion, and the Family; War Between the States: America’s Uncivil War; Glory and Honor: The Musical and Artistic Legacy of Johann Sebastian Bach; The Works of Benjamin Warfield; Secret of Communion with God; Systematic Theology; Contending For Our All; The Suffering of Man and the Sovereignty of God; Exposition of Hebrews; Gleanings in Exodus; and Sermons on the Book of Job.

Indeed, our entire family will be studying each of these books as a family in the coming months. Books containing truth are the best investment you can make for your posterity. With this in mind, we have listed some of our sources for great books as an encouragement to put your Christmas money towards gifts that have the ability to make a difference for your children’s eternity: (Covenant of Grace: Crown and Covenant) (Soli Deo Gloria) (Sprinkle Publications)
